Refund policy
At HANEI Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of wholesale and foodservice supplies, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Returns or refunds may be considered only in cases where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
Approved returns or replacements will be issued at the discretion of HANEI Solutions. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the error was on our end.
